- · No acreage limits and Hobby Farms are acceptable
- · Can vest in a trust
- · Interest Only options available
- · Asset Based loans
- · Up to 90% Loan-to-Value
- · Allow buyer to “pledge assets” for a portion of the down payment (must put at least 10% down)
- · Luxury condos, high-rises, condotels and co-ops
This loan product is priced to risk, so the rates are a bit higher, but they may just fit the bill when more traditional avenues won’t.
